Dana S. Beane & Company, P.C. was founded in 1947; included among its many accomplishments is becoming the first firm in the United States to pass the SEC Practice Section of the AICPA peer review in 1978 and was also one its last approved reviews when it was replace with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in 2002. Shortly thereafter the firm joined the New England Peer Review Program of the AICPA. Under Scott Beane's leadership the firm has maintained its quality performance affirmed by these oversight boards which recently approved its 10th peer review in 30 years. That means that Dana S. Beane & Company has achieved the highest distinction bestowed by its industry and is more than qualified to review or audit your company's financial statements.
